With the release of "X-Men Origins: Wolverine," Hugh Jackman is reprising his role as the irascibly manly and overtly heterosexual Wolverine. And yet, because the actor can also sing, dance and come across as fancily charming, rumors of him being secretly homosexual persist, despite his repeated denials (and those of his wife and kids). Any individual an inch less classy would have bared his claws and torn up the next interviewer who persisted down that rabbit hole, but Jackman responds with tact and grace (in the interview below). Which will probably be enough to give the rumor credence in certain people’s minds. Small wonder why they have such trouble recognizing genuine class and confusing it with a particular sexuality.
Jessica Biel is arguably one of the most attractive women on the planet. So it should please the masses (read: dudes) that she will play an exotic dancer in her next movie, "Powder Blue."
I hope Biel's wonderful acting* will be on display for this movie. After all, her acting is one of the most incredible things about her. Without acting, would we even care about Jessica Biel?
Sadly, probably not.
