Due to a reporting error, we incorrectly reported in Robert Earl Keen’s artist profile that he recorded the song “Carry On.” “Carry On” was recorded by Pat Green. We regret the error.

Due to an editing error, we incorrectly reported in “Specter, a ghost of Republican Party past, switches sides” that there are 4.4 million registered Democrats in the city of Pennsylvania, rather than the state of Pennsylvania. We regret the error.

Due to a reporting error, we incorrectly reported in "As economy plunges, more men get snipped" that a business in Austin was having "Val-Madness" specials in reference to the val deferens, the tubes sealed during a vasectomy. The tubes are correctly called the vas deferens. We regret the error.

Due to a reporter’s error, we incorrectly reported in “Phish, Springsteen head Bonnaroo 2009 lineup” that the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival is held on a 500-acre farm. It is a 700-acre farm. We regret the error.

Due to a reporter's error, a Morning Coffee blog post published Friday, Aug. 29, 2008, entitled, "Without words, Obama speech realizes MLK's dream" incorrectly quoted Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama. The correct quote is as follows: "This election has never been about me. It’s been about you." We regret the error.

Due to an error by the BBC, TheSequitur.com incorrectly reported that Radiohead wrote the score for the upcoming film “Choke” in a Morning Coffee blog post published Wednesday, June 13, 2008. BBC now reports that Radiohead's management denies that the band is providing the score for "Choke" but confirms that its song "Reckoner" from the album "In Rainbows" will accompany the closing credits of the film. We regret the error.

Due to a reporting error, TheSequitur.com incorrectly reported that Circuit City, Linens Holdings Co. and Sharper Image Corp. filed for bankruptcy in a Morning Coffee blog post published Friday, May 2, entitled “(No) End in sight for credit crunch.” Circuit City has not filed for bankruptcy. Linens Holdings Co., the owner of Linens ‘n Things, and Sharper Image Corp. filed for a Chapter 11 reorganization, a bankruptcy protection tool that safeguards a company from creditors’ lawsuits while the company reorganizes its financial structure. We regret the errors.

An acquaintance of Andrew Meyer, not Meyer himself, was depicted on a video holding a sign that read “Harry Dies” on the side of a road. We reported otherwise on Sept. 20, 2007 in The Andrew Meyer, bro and on Oct. 30, 2007 in The Andrew Meyer Show!  We regret the errors.

Columbia University Teachers College professor Madonna G. Constantine is a professor of race, racial identity and multiculturalism. Also, A New York City Police Department hate crime unit is investigating an incident in which Constantine found a noose hanging on her office door. We reported otherwise in an Oct. 11 MorningCoffeeBlog.com posting entitled Racism is a Southern thing, right? We regret the errors.
