Traditional American company Anheuser-Busch has accepted the $52 billion offer made by Belgium-based InBev, CNN reports, and now it's all over the news how bad Americans are taking it.
An international company buys another. So what? It's just hard to get. Why are so many Americans cursing the traditional brewer? Why do people get so pissed off and threaten to spit out the beer they were enjoying so much but is now so hard to swallow? The owner changed, not the taste.

Where are our jeans made? How about our cell phones? Even our food comes from all over the globe. Is it also necessary to mention oil products?
The owner changed, not the taste.Additionally, there are lots of American products being sold all over the world. Nowadays, people the world over eat McDonald's and devour Disney and Hollywood products, among others, without complaining. The impact is huge, culturally speaking.
What is starting to happen in America is the same thing that already happens throughout the world. For the first time, the United States is realizing what it is like to live in a globalized context, where everything is outsourced and you just can't tell where which part of each thing is made.
So let's cut the crap. After all, if all of us simply decide to stop consuming international products, what will we consume? [CNN, InBev]
